I have been spending a lot of time trying to find a live Chat for you men and women so that I can add it to our forums. I have run across a software company that I used in years past. In the old days as we call them the software could not be purchased. It could only be rented and had to be on their server. It got to be a very expensive rental. Now it can be purchased and owned outright. I thought I would ask for your input about a live chat room or rooms. I'm suppying a URL so that you may go to the location and test drive the softwear to get your comments/feedback on it. The only problem I would have with the software would be the cost vs the number of members that may use it. The price to purchase would be $495.00.

I know that some of us have used this program before and we liked it. Examples of those people are myself, GyBill, RedDok, and GyJohn.

The Scoop on Soap

Are we really collecting SOAP for our men and women overseas??? Doesn't the armed forces implement a code of hygiene??

YES we are collecting bars of soap at the soldiers' requests. The army supplies soap but many soldiers call it lye & would like to freshen up with out ripping a few layers of their skin off in the shower!! (Small bars of soap are preferred. Ivory floats on the rivers so is best although our men don't like to be thought of as ivory soap boys!!! BAR soap is what is required as liquid soaps and body washes tend to leak out during shipping.)

YES.....I am for LIVE CHAT, much more fun at least for me like old times and you can all be together and see who in the room and keeps me more interested anyway.
I know the gyjohn liked the live chat...
That would be FANTASTIC, especially for the ones that sit at the puter more than others jumping in and out to post.
VOLANO was the BEST chat area we ever had, maybe some had not been there but you know chucky how fun it was, that was the GOOD OLD DAYS!!!!!!!!

...Are great fun--But they do require live bodies and running mouths to populate them. Otherwise, it's just more (mostly) dead and empty space. And there does not seem to be a whole lot of people posting on these threads now, just a small handful of regulars...
...So, the question is: Why aren't there more posters aboard here; and will Live Chat induce more to join in?
