Good Afternoon 1stSgt Smith...
I thought it was time that someone from Regiment stopped by and said hello to you. I see you have a very nice office here. Damn you have almost as many items on your walls as your CO.
Nice clean floor... I like that. That log you have on your desk that some people call a swagger stick I assume is just a pointer for use on maps and the such.. I see you come from the old Corps. I have not seen one of those red door knockers for years. Has your CO approved it's use?
Your budget officer forwarded a request to re-open this years budget. That can not be done unless you are requesting a supplemental budget. To do this it has to go through the chain.
That chain I assume is the 1stSgt's Office, then the budget officer, XO, and the CO with 7 copies.
I ran into a Sgt Dog face outside. He said he still was looking for a duty assignment. Has he reported to the company Gunny yet?
It also looks like he needs a shave and a haircut. He was in my command when he was a LCpl. I wondered what ever happened to him.
If there is anything I can do for you my office door is always open.
Good evenning Major,
I looked over the budget for the new club and it looks in order, I put it in the OX office for review and then route to the old man.
I have Sgt Dogface reporting to me in the morning for an assignment. He's gotten into some trouble going to town.
PM's got him for DWW. I think after I bestow some words of wisdom upon his brain housing group, he'll be just fine. Got a nice little SHIT detail all set up for him. This Marine is a loose Cannon !
I got word that there is a Marine by the name of O'Boot that knows how to take pictures. Make sure he has his camera so that he can catch the madness of what I think we will be seeing.
These Marines look like they spend too much time at the E-Club and not enough time on getting ready for the fitness tests.
I think I know that name Dogface from where where... no.. it can't be that Marine .. someone would have hung him by now... You said Barstow? I wonder.
No it just can't be.

Major,
Something doesn't smell right about this Sgt Dogface, I'll get to it in the morning when he reprts to my office.
You have a CWO4 Pudpuller that works down in the disbursing office that's creating some problems in my company. I'm going to have an unofficial meeting in my office to get to the bottom of his heart burn. He's been chewing out one of my Plt Commanders but I need to get the facts before I take any unofficial action. I realiz Mr Pudpuller only has 16 years in the Marine corp and he's already a CWO4, that would be the issue. could be he needs to be taught a lisson from a superior officer and I know just how to handle it.
Major ben looking all over for you... Weapons Plt.is on the damn range... and they have to qualify... they are not pouges... their grunts.. They must qualify... they will be there until Ftiday at 1430 ... it will take them atleast an hour to get back from the range ..that makes it 1530... S?sgt Hicks with my permission is allowing them to comence liberty at 1630 hours.. Weapons gets scrued over enough... We can have them standing tall at 1300 hours on Monday ... for what ever you have in mind... they will have earned this liberty.. for I know none of them will go unk on the range... they need it in their books and we need it in the company...
Thanking you in advance for your help on this presing matter ...
Was the WO a conversion from the enlisted Ranks? They always thought they were better then the rest of us mustangs..
We have a WO5 over in the few that could have a talk with him. That may be a better eay to go at it. But being a old 3402 myself I wouldn't push the warrant too hard. You may find your pay records buried in the sand somewhere in the far east... I've send it done before. By accident of course.
George we don't need you weapons section there for the little hike. I've already given the order to the 1stSgt to stand down on the junk on the bunk..
I assume your weopons section is already in shape. Let them have their time off.. everyone else had this weekend off ...
Just a quick question. Maybe I should ask the G2 Officer... I know he was in Barston. I also know that your company gunny was in Barstow... do they remember this Marine Dogface?
I know that name from somewhere..
Chuck the name rings a bell with me as well ... do you have his book... if so see if the man was ever at 29 Palms.. some how it rings a bell or perhaps at Fort "We Got Ya"...Seems to me I remeber that name from there ... and if I am correct it is not good... but I do think he was a good Marine .. just a Liberty Risk...
I don't have anything on him.. he has not reported in to your unit yet. And I don't know where CMC sent him from.
Normally your Hq would get a advanced copy of his transfer orders. He has to be a replacement for someone.
Top ... maybe you can find the scoup on this Sgt. Dogface.. using that good old Staff NCO network
Thanks

Well, I checked his SRB and he has a new jacket for hid SRB.
Now he hasn't been in the corp long enough to wear one out. And also entries in his book appear to be typed on the same typewriter..........somet hing wrong here.
I called his last command and did a little checking. Yes he was at Barstow, assigned to base HQ's
His 1stSgt, XO and Co have all been transfered to the Fleet. I then checked with the Base SgtMajor who gave me the scoop, at least he told me what he knew. Sgt Major asked if I saw the Red lettering on Sgt Dogface's SRB Cover Stamped ........."PI". meaning....POLITICAL INFLUENCE.
He must have changed the SRB cover while intransit and created his own entries in his SRB..............Sir, I think we need to kick this up to G2 ...........could be a NIS....CID........or just a bad ass Marine Sea Lawyer..................P lease advise , I have a meeting with Sgt dogface in the morning and i was going to assign him to a working party to clean our the dog pens at the K9 unit....Please advise.
1stSgt
I don't feel too good tonight. I must have drank too much of that CC. No, it must have been the water. Yes it had to be the water. So, I'll maybe check in tomorrow sometime when I get up, if I feel like stopping by your office.
I've got a extension on my 96 hour pass of 24 hours. Its signed by the CO. I left it on your desk. You people are sure nice around here. I talked to a Mr something or another, Warrent officer, the one that's a disbursing officer. He gave me a temporary advance on my pay. Just because I have 3 stripes and a hash mark. He said it would be squared away when my pay records arrive after my SRB is received. I think we have some common friends down at the sea school at MCRD San Diego.
I gave him a bottle of CC that I got at the eclub and he was right down friendly. But he can't hold his booze very well. He said he was going to come visit with the 1stSgt in the morning. I hope he's up to it. I put him in the back of one of the duces..to sleep off the bottle. Yep he drank a full bottle and he said he was not used to it.

I here you load and clear... before we do anything that will cause "The powers to be". .. to look at us let me see what I can find out... I appreciate the use of the Staff NCO network, and the information you have given me... Let us see how he handles your meeting in the morning... keeping in mind what we have learned... I have a good friend over in Henderson Hall.. Sgt. Maj. John Henry... He and I served in 1st Force together, I will give him a call in the morning, and see if he can add some light to our problem...
In the interium, when you have your meeting with Sgt. Dogface, you can hear him out and make a judgment as to his conduct, he may be just one hell of a "Liberty Risk", what confuses me is anyone above him , that could inform us as to what kind of a troup he is seems to be unobtainalbe. I do not mean to be talking in riddles, but I do feel we need a little more time to try and learn a little more on him before we get G2 involved.
:coffee:
DO YOU GUY'S WANT THE 81'S TO COME ALONG? IT'S ALWAY'S NICE TO HAVE SOME BIG GUN'S THERE.
Top would you come in here a minute please, have a seat ... need some coffee?... Cpl. Stickum bring us some coffee please .. thank you Cpl.. close the door on your way out... Well Top how is it going here?... Yep we do have some problems with this Sgt. Dogface... he is a bird from the get go.. Sgt. Maj. Henry knew all about him. He is a smart cookie, and knows how to break every rule ever made. Oh by the way did you find your shirt?... Now Sgt.Maj. Henry did tell me that he also was a good Marine, He knows all sorts of ways of procuring what we need. That is why he has never been broken... seems that he knows how to cover his tracks... He also is politicaly conected, his uncle is a Mayor of some small town in N.H....That may also be another reason he has never been broken...
this unit runs like a swiss watch. thnks to you and the Staff NCOs ... I feel that collectly we can keep an eye on him and utilize his tallents... but you be the judge of that...
I have tp go to the range to see how the troups are doing... I herd them leaving today .. seems they are having a good time... and bets are being made, amoung them selves as to who is going to be the high shooter.....S/Sgt Hicks told me that their grab assing stops the miute they get to the range, and they are making us very proud of the job they are doing...
Have a great day and I will see you later on this afternoon...

Bang ...Bang... Bang....Sir... L/cpl. Shmuktello reporting as ordered.. Sir...
1st Sgt. thank you for allowing me to be one of your office personal... I know noting about recordz or anything about an office, I was trained in Macine guns, as my reords indicate. However I will do my very best. Thank you for the oppertunity..
1stSgt I reported in to the company gunny and he told me you wanted to see me. I sure like the private rooms we have over at the barracks. Never had a private room before all by myself.
I was over at the cleaners this morning and they asked if I would drop off this here shirt to you. They said you was there checking up on a lost shirt and they found it. It did not have a name on it but they know you have the only diamonds in the area.
When you give me a desk to use can you see it is close to a window and that I don't have to go too far to get to the file cabnets. I've found it's a good waste of time if I have to work on files and go too far back and fourth to the file cabnets.
Can you make sure I'm not near that knocker. It makes my head throb.
:dog: BEST I COULD DO CHUCK I FOUND THESE TWO OVER AT THE EM CLUB THEY SAID HELL YA WE'LL GO.
CHUCK ALSO GOT THIS GROUP FROM RECURT CENTER THINK WE CAN USE THEM?:crackwhip :crackwhip
Talk about would be skin heads - that would be the group. Do they know what a yellow foot print is?
Or the right or left turn foot prints. I want the outside so I can take the big steps.
Back from the range .. the troups look good.. S/Sgt Hicks really has them under control...
So what has happned today???
DAM TOP I WAS ALL SET FOR THAT JUNK ON THE BUNK INSPECTION:k_crying:
CHUCK YOU THINK 2 OR 3 OT THESE'S WOULD HELP? I KNOW WHERE WE CAN GET THEM
O'boot
Go back to the last page and look at the photo you posted of those 2 Marines. Then look at my picture.
Did you ever wonder what happened to that guy. Where he went or what he did?
I know who you are.
