Well here I am Gentlemen in my Office waiting for the Co Gunny. He says the XO 1st Lt Dipshitski wants to know what happen to the first Plt Commander. 2nd Lt Loverboy. I told th Gunny its not my place to know what's going on with the Officer's. That's the Skipper job. But the Gunny doesn't want the XO to see the Skipper and show his ass so I guess, I'll see him when he comes in my office.
Mr Dipshitski ( I like calling him Mr because it pisses him off) the Gunny tells me something is wrong with 2nd Lt Loverboy? Yes, 1stSgt, I beleive he has been demoted ? Now Lt. how the hell do you demote a 2nd Lt ? Don't know 1stSgt but the troops tell me his is wearing Warrant Officer Bars. That Can't be, dam he's a 90 day wonder OCS type they can't be reverted to WO .
Gunny go find 2nd Lt Loverboy, and tell him I need to see him ASAP.

No Lt Dipshitski he's not, you see Lt Loverboy was making ourt in the back set of his car and his girl was kissing him all over and had red lipstick on and she kissed his gold bars............that's why we call WO lipstick Lt's.
Can you gentlemen now get out of my office Lt loverboy go back to the BOQ and clean your Bars.
Well Gunny , I guess we saved Lt Dipshitski from showing his ass to the Skipper once again.............:)

Glad to see you have adjusted well with our group - like I previously stated to you, these are a fine bunch of Marines and Corpsmen, and certainly you won't see a firefight.

I'm sure glad that the 1st Shirt put his office inside the walls of the select few. I would sure hate to have to delete those photos that Captain Hank posted... He must be moving up on class over his regular girls...
1stSgt Smith.. we already know here each of us stand.. if you get pissed off at the CO you can always come over to regimental H&S with me.

Welcome aboard, good to see our office building is filling up.
A word of caution, we have a Sgt Obie in our group that is sort of a firebug so try to keep your office secured, he almost burnt up my computer the other night but I caught him in the act and sent him to Florida on a work detail for the XO
If you need me for anything (and I know you wont) my office is next to the Chaplain

Well gentlemen, I didn't make it to Staff Club tonight, just opened up the old desk drawer and met with my grandfather( as in Old Grand Dad). Was taken a shot to toast all the former SgtMajor's of the Marine Corp but don't think I can recall them all as now the shot glass can't find my mouth.
Well anyway we had a few of them, got back to Sgt Major Lee and them went brain dead. couldn't forget Sgt Major Lee as he was my replacement as a 1stSgt when I was medivac out of Rota Spain, pissed him off he was back at Camp LeJuene with 2/8 and they flew him to the Med to take over my billet.......Hell I told him years later if he didn't have that chance he might not have become Sgt Major of the Marine Corp.........you know i don't think he believed that bullshit............Well Iam putting the smoking lamp out and calling it a night,,,,,,,,,,and just wondering what kind of trouble...............Lt Dipshitski is going to get into in the morning.
Dam I hope he makes Capt real soon so we can ship him out.

Hey 1st Shirt, anytime you wanna rag on some O's I'll be around. Maybe we could go to the club and discuss mission planning or something. I don't drink alky anymore but I can fake it with something that looks like an alky drink so you won't be embarrassed.
We can meet over there if you want sometime just look for the guy with a hose in his nose.

Top nice to see another Sr SNCO on the web site. Ya it would be nice to go to the club but this web site only has an eclub and don't think we should go there unless its bosses night and we have been invited. Hell maybe we could build a Staff Club, in the mean time drop by my office from time to time and we can talk about how were going to run the Marine Corp.
As you know from my previuos email, I had a long night with my grandfather( as in Old Grand Dad), hell I fell to sleep at my desk and woke about 0430 this morning sweating the booze out.
Then I started thinking about 2dn Lt loverboy being in chagre of his Plt at the Rifle Range and wondered if he really got the Maggies drawers from the PX that 1st Lt Dipshitski told him he was going to need. So I took action, called the Motor Pool and got a jeep drove to the Rifle Range and Spoke wtih WO Cockeye, the Range Officer and the Range coach Sgt O'Ring. Gave them the heads up on 2nd Lt Loverboy, explained his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top. Well WO Cockeye said he would keep an eye out for 2nd Lt loverboy, I thought that was nice since WO Cockeye only has one eye. Sgt O'Ring said he would help the Gunner see the streight. I also managed to meet with 2nd Lt loverboy's Plt Sgt on the side, I think you know him, its SSgt Ima Lazy. Now this Marine and I use the word loosely has got to be the oldest SSGT in Marine Corp history. Saw him with his green on and the rocker on his chevron is just about wore off or is it he's off his rocker. Anyway that's the leadership of the 1st Plt.
Got to secure the company office for now, my Marine wife tells me to we have been married 42 years today and I need to take her out for dinner. Hell, I know I'm getting old but I don't remember the Marine Corp issuing me a wife..... Top drop my office anytime and well take care of all the problem the Corp ..........Semper Fi

Yeah I will stop by and visit every once in a while. I guess we ought to talk to the skipper about the SNCO club thing. He could direct some funds our way to use to get it implemented.
I have a background boss too. I ain't married but she still runs the show. Don't keep her happy I have to eat in the mess hall every meal. I don't mind that once in a while but it sure ain't like eatin at home.

Phil.. you know that the only reason us officers come in and have a drink or two is because you don't want us to cut off your budget.... Remember I know about the CO's secret budget... where do you think I get my kick backs from... I have to live too..

Just got the word from the Co that were getting the funds to build a Sr Staff NCO & Officers Club. The Co has assigned a 2nd Lt to see me so i can give him some details. Like your thoughts on this. ...................Please advise.

You know I came to this command being a nice gentle Marine with all the understanding in the world. But your right some of the Lt's in this Company have had it easy. Well I got the word from the Co to tighten them up. Of course being one of the Corps finest
1StSgt's I will do most of the counciling these Lt's in my Office behind closed doors. Got to respect the rank but with all the tack in the world will..........shake them by the stacking swivel until their butt plate fall out. These correction to Lt's performance AKA ........ASS chewings) again will be in my office .
Going to start with Lt Loverboy when he gets back from the rife range. In the morning, I'm going to call the 2nd Plt commander in my Office, that's 2nd Lt P.T. Nut , his Plt Sgt is SSGT N.O.Balls

1stSgt.. do you mind if a old mustang stops by from time to time to see how those new Staff NOC's and boot officers are coming along?
Of course you have the blessing of your CO and regiment to shake them up and make them ship shape... But remember if behind closed doors make sure they do not come out with marks on them... that can be seen...
As you know the senior staff does need a place to come relax after a hard day on the range.. be it pistol, rifle, or golf.. We would like to see the golf course put into shape.. it's aways getting flooded and everyone has named it the swamp. I've never been to PI.. but hear that PI did not have as much water.
We have to use a boat to play the 7th though the 9th greens.
I think they may be using it for the survival course ...

Well lets see - WE need a slot machine room, a Pool Room, a small but elegant dining area, a nice area to bring ladies and dance and drink and do the commisserate things in order to get some pussy. Of course we need a nice bar for those times when being in the crowd just isnt' the thing your looking for. We should add a stag bar somewhere for those who just must get on down.
We will also need a covered area outside to have BBQ's and outside feeds when necessary. I can think of a lot of other things but this roughs it out pretty well I think.

Be gald to see you anytime in my for a cup of coffee. As you know there is a special understanding on how !stSgt's relate to Mustang Officer's but the young officers right out of Quantico need to get their Group A little Tighter.
Glad to see I have the support to get some of these Lt's in shape.
Normally when counciling a young officer in my office behind closed door I"ve found beating them with my Swagger stick does leave marks and frankly I only have one swagger stick left.
This last swagger stick I own was handed down to me by my first Bn Sgt Major, when he retired afternot being selectd for SgtMajor of the Marine Corp. He was on the drill field at PI for almost 9 years with a one year break to go to Okinawa. Started as a junior DI and worked his way to Regt DI Inspector. Made SgtMajor in 14 years. Anyway this SgtMajor , beat a summary, special and general court martials for man handingly Troops.
He taught me a few thing which I might beable to use on these Lt's if we don't come to a good understanding. Originally this swagger stick belonged to SgtMajor "Hash Mark " Johnson. Ya he got the nickname because he had 40 years in the Corp and his arm wasn't long enough to sew them on . So he carried three of the hash marks in his pocket and pulled them out when needed .
to hsow who was Sr Sgt Major.
I have been out of the office most of the day but the Co was going to detail a Lt to me so we can go over the planns for the Staff & Officer's Club.
Came back to the office this aftenoon and my Company Admin Chief Sgt I.D. Typer handed me a stack of SRB's with Charge sheets attached. Guess I'll need to look at them tonight with my grandfather as in (OLD Granddad) to determine which ones are bullshit and investigate the remainder on Thursday before we drop the hammer. You know the CO thoughts on office hours.......".Don't bring them before me 1STsgt unless their guilty"

Nice job on given us your input for the new Club......It almost sounds like the Topper Club - on Okinawa in the 60's.
Haven't seen that Lt. the Co was going to send over to help us......we are going to need a runner so I hope the Lt gets here on Thursday.
I contacted my old Master Gunny at 2nd Combat Engineers and he and a Few good men will take care of most of this project.
Talk to you latter after I hear from the Co. Based on your specifications I think were going to need between 18 - 20 M to put this club together. After we get the ok from the Co , I'll check with the Purchasing Officer and have him get the ball rolling on building spec's , design fees and interiors, etc. Take care-----Semper Fi

Major,
That sound good, hell we could have our names put on them.
The only recommendation i would make is we have glass bottoms in the mugs and i sure you know why we need them. Let me refresh your memory. Safet as one is tipping the mug no one can take a swing at you be you'll see thru the glass bottom and second, if the Regt Recruriter is their we'll need glass bottoms so he won't beable to ship us over. Remember what them dam recruiter s did to some of the Marines at Tuns Tavern..........The recruiters at Tuns Tavern would put a coin in the bottom of the mug, if a marine drank the Grog and took the coin he " Just shipped Over" legal contract, so lets put glass bottoms in the mugs and we'll see the bottoms of the mugs..........You know the way things are going the Recruiters will do anything to meet quota.
Gotta to go...............the PM's just pulled up in front of my officer with someone loos like a women in civilian attire........its dark out there not sure who it is
