Hello O'Boot and Miss Joan.

I've missed your posting for the past few months because I have been working out of town.. in Reno, Nevada.

I also have a Condo I am trying to sell up there. My real estate person has some people looking at it.

:detective-1: Now that is out of the way.. How are you guys doing. I heard that you was back to the VA hospital again. Spring is here and you have stop spending all your time at the VA and get out and enjoy your lives.
