David Paul, 62, Holyoke, MA
 
David Paul 1948 - 2010 HOLYOKE - David Paul, formerly of Vermont, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2010. Born in Holyoke, he was the son of the late Raymond H. Paul and Rita (Roberts) Paul Stuebing. He grew up in Holyoke and attended Holyoke Trade High School, gaining his GED while in the service. He was a former employee of the City of Chicopee Public Works Dept., and was the drummer in popular local bands. He was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran and received the following awards for his service: The NDSM, Vietnamese Service Medal W/1*, Combat Action Ribbon, and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry W/Palm. He was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Paul, and is survived by his brothers, Thomas (Denise) of Chicopee, Raymond (Chantal) of Holyoke, Kevin of Westfield, a sister Norine White of Chicopee; his stepfather, John Stuebing; stepbrother Daniel Stuebing (Norma) all of Florida, and stepbrother, Thomas Stuebing (Christine) of Alabama; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the Blessed Sacrament Church in Holyoke on Friday, September 10 at 8:30 am followed by a memorial service at the Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam at 10 a.m. Remembrances may be made to the D.A.V., Paralyzed Veterans of America, or charity of one's choice.
