Wilbur N. Bell, age 86 and a resident of Biloxi, died Wednesday, November 10, 2004, in Biloxi.

Mr. Bell was a native of Mattoon, Illinois, and was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II. He retired from civil service at the rank of GSL3. He was a Presbyterian, enjoyed hunting and fishing, was an avid golfer in his later years, and was a member of Sunkist Country Club in Biloxi.

Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Cora Lee Robbins Bell; a brother, Bob Bell; and sisters, Alberta Authenreith and Rosa Lou Bell. Survivors include his wife, Jean Shelton Bell; son, Mike Bell; daughter, Karen Kuhn and her husband, Don, all of Biloxi; granddaughter, Rachel Bell; grandsons, Craig Kuhn and his wife, Marlo; and Kenny Kuhn and his wife, Shawn; and great-granddaughters, Katherine and Kristen Kuhn, all of Biloxi.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2004, in the National Cemetery in Biloxi.
