How to score 100% on pft test?
Hello my name is mike Glenn and I'm currently a junior in high school and I am planning on enlisting at 18. I have two questions, the first is what is the best way to get your three mile time to 18 minutes? I am currently at 20:13 and aspire to achieve a 100% on the pft test. My pull ups are at 23 and sit ups in 2 minutes is 108. Also I was wondering if anyone knew some good workouts to prepare for the Marine Corps?
Thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

Mike, if you have to ask, you will not make it..... You, need to do more than you ever thought you could do.....

And, then do more. Run, with a 80 pounds of rocks in a pack, and run without using your arms... just your legs.

Keep running.... but always remember, you may be carrying your Brother and you need to save his ass...and Always stay alert.... Always know what is going on around you...

We both know that 80 pounds of rocks would be awful light. A brother Marine in full body armer would go well over 200 pounds..

Even back in the 50's when I was doing my qualifying we had to work in pairs and take turns carrying each outer over a marked course. :voodoo:
