Marvin Ray Henderson, 81, Humble, TX

Marvin Ray Henderson, age 81, died Thursday, January 10, 2013 in Humble, Texas. Mr. Henderson was a lifelong resident of Humble. He was born in Humble, Texas on October 30, 1931. He served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Henderson started his working career out as a machinist who moved into maintenance and retired as a maintenance supervisor.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Doris Henderson, mother Helen Stewart and father, Walter Henderson. Three brothers; Leslie Henderson, Walter Henderson and Newton Stewart.

Survivors include his children, Ernest Henderson and his wife Susan of Humble, TX, Robert Henderson and his wife Gwen of Conroe, TX, Gary Henderson and friend Janice Workman of Splendora, TX, Annette Poramapornpilas and her husband Boon of New Caney, TX, Bruce Henderson and his wife Laura of Porter, TX and Cynthia Flores and her husband Mike of New Caney, TX. Grandchildren; Victor, Erica, Veronica, Tasha, Christopher, Breanna, Andrew, Shanna, Karissa, Kirby, Blake and Matthew. Great grandchildren; Felix, Sean and Chasen. Sisters; Doris Hammock and her husband Tony of Seguin, TX, Daisy Carey and her husband Don of Seguin, TX, Patsy Sherrouse and her husband Clifford of Evergreen, TX, Margie Smith and her husband Chuck of Cleveland, TX. One brother; Kelly Henderson and his wife Joy of Cleveland, TX. Sisters-in-laws; Carol Henderson of Houston, Zelda Henderson of Conroe, TX, and Robbye Lee of Humble, TX. As well as many other relatives.
