Usmc5 Pft help!!

I can't do hardly any pull ups and this is a major problem considering the number I need is 20..any suggestions on exercise to help this?

Just keep trying and don't give up. If you are overweight do some running and pushups. If there is physical reason you can not do pull ups, if you make it to boot camp your Drill Instructor will insure that you make the grade or you will be set back.

If you set your mind and want it bad enough, it will happen.

If you can not do pull ups .. don't try to join our Marine Corps. Join something like the Navy.

You will have young men almost as good as you are trying to kill you. Don't never think that your enemy is not very good. You would be as far from wrong as you could ever be.. None of us would like to see you going to a combat area and coming home in a body bag.
