Richard C. Adair, 83, Cinnaminson, NJ

Richard C. Adair, suddenly on July 10, 2011 at age 83, of Cinnaminson, NJ. Beloved husband of Betty Jane (nee Smith). Loving father of Glenn and Lowess Adair, Wayne and Denise R. Adair, Daryl Adair, Diane and Rick Dunn, and Denise Weiss. Cherished grandfather of Lauren and Chris Cassie, Dana, Amanda and Christine Dunn, and Samantha Weiss and great grandfather of Will Cassie.

Dick played baseball and basketball at LaSalle College. He was signed with the N.Y. Giants in 1949 and was in organized baseball for five years. He also refereed high school basketball in Phila. and S. Jersey. Dick served our country as a U.S. Marine from 1950-1952 at Parris Island. An RCA employee from 1959 until retirement, he volunteered for Interfaith Caregivers for 10 years. Dick is a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, 5th and Morgan Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Church would be appreciated.

Relatives and friends are invited to Richardís Life Celebration at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Rt. 130 on Thursday, July 14th from 10-11 a.m., followed by his service at 11 a.m. Interment at Lakeview Memorial Park. To share your fondest memory of Dick, please visit
